St. Francis School is a growing PK-3 to Grade 6 school located in the beautiful community of Litchfield, New Hampshire. Unique to our school is a 15-acre campus complete with hiking trails, an outdoor classroom, and a small farm. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment. Assess and evaluate student progress in literacy and math, providing individualized support as needed. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance and social development. Participate in professional development and collaborate with colleagues to improve educational practices.
