Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs Provide specialized instruction and support for academic and social development Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including parents, teachers, and therapists Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet individual learning needs Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed Maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies

Requirements:
