Pay:

Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Wage increases Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification training Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits 401k Retirement Plan Job Duties Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community. Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assist in addressing challenging behaviors. Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child’s treatment goals. 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent School schedule 7:45am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday Childcare experience required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
