We are seeking a dedicated ABA Instructor (ABAI) to work in a school setting, providing mentorship and hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role is ideal for those pursuing BCBA certification or experienced RBTs ready to take the next step in their careers.

What We’re Looking For:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years working with children or youth in education or ABA settings
Skills:
Strong ability to build relationships, adapt quickly, and balance leadership with collaboration
Preferred:
