Job Description:

As an Esthetician at Holistic Soul Health & Wellness, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the physical and emotional well-being of our clients through a range of skincare services.

Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skincare which includes facials, complete with extractions, massage and appropriate product application. Evaluate condition, appearance and appropriateness of scheduled service–also determine what type home care regimens are appropriate for each guest skin type by promoting spa/salon services and retail products. Perform body treatments which include scrubs and wraps on clients. Set up treatment room with necessary equipment and supplies to ensure guest comfort and safety throughout service. Maintain cleanliness of treatment room throughout shift–stocking room at end of shift with linens, towels, etc. Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional. Follow all company policies and procedures maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Must be knowledgeable of daily “stand-ups” and actively participate in daily goals. Conducting thorough skincare consultations to understand clients’ needs and concerns. Providing a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and mask applications. Performing facial and body massages to promote relaxation and improve circulation. Recommending and selling skincare products, including our Ayurvedic products, tailored to clients’ individual needs. Educating clients on skincare routines and at-home maintenance. Keeping accurate records of client information and treatment plans. Maintaining a clean and organized treatment room. Adhering to state regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

New Jersey Esthetician license. Proven experience as an Esthetician (new graduates with a strong educational background are welcome to apply). Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment techniques. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for skincare and a commitment to ongoing education. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and personalized care.
