8 am – 4 pm (Mon-Fri)

Duration:

3 months with the strong possibility of further extension Pay range: $30.72 – 34/hr.

Job Duties:

• Ensure regulatory compliance and process credentialing applications by legal and organizational guidelines.
• Handle initial and reappointment applications (125-200 quarterly), verifying and collecting accreditation data.
• Maintain and update provider information in Echo and online databases, including licensure and credentials.
• Prepare materials for credential meetings, track expirations, and manage dues collection.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all provider records and perform additional assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the credentialing process required
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Verify that all medical staff members’ credentials and licenses are valid and up to date.
• Operate, maintain databases, and advise staff members on renewal dates for licenses and credentials to help ensure they can continue to work legally without lapses

Education:
