Job Description Summary A highly respected private school focused on individualized learning is hiring certified general education and special education teachers to support students from Pre-K through middle school. Teachers are placed with specific age groups based on their certification, experience, and preference — whether early childhood, elementary, or middle school. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, mission-driven setting where creativity, compassion, and flexibility are key to every student’s success. What You’ll Do Teach a specific group of students (Pre-K, elementary, or middle school) based on your background and age group preference Collaborate closely with therapists, paraprofessionals, and administrators to deliver team-based support Foster academic, social, and emotional growth through differentiated strategies and inclusive practices Participate in IEP development, meetings, and progress reporting Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with families Engage in school events and professional development opportunities Experience You’ll Need Active New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) Certification in subject area TOSD, SWD, or TOH certification required for special education roles Experience working with students with diverse needs in inclusive or specialized settings Strong collaboration and communication skills Passion for student-centered teaching and working as part of a supportive team Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
