Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique learning needs. Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing feedback and maintaining accurate documentation. Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Special Education teaching certification. Experience working with K-12 students in a special education setting. Strong knowledge of individualized instruction strategies and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to implement effective accommodations and modifications in accordance with IDEA and state regulations.
