Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning and Instruction:

• Study and implement lesson plansthat align with curriculum standards.
• Utilize a variety ofinstructional strategies and technologies to enhance learning.
• Manage a classroom of 20 scholars.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, andobservations.
• Provide timely feedback and support to helpstudents improve.
• Maintain accurate records of studentperformance and progress.

Classroom Management:

• Establish andenforce classroom rules and procedures to maintain a productivelearning environment.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardiansregarding academic progress and behavioral issues.
• Collaboratewith other teachers, staff, and administration to support studentsuccess.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree before your first dayof work with Success Academy (a background in education is notrequired)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionfor learning and commitment to student development
• Ability towork in person in New York City ($2500 stipend for qualifiedrelocations)
