Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning and Instruction:

Study and implement lesson plansthat align with curriculum standards. Utilize a variety ofinstructional strategies and technologies to enhance learning.

Manage a classroom of 20 scholars.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Assess student progress through assignments, tests, andobservations. Provide timely feedback and support to help studentsimprove. Maintain accurate records of student performance andprogress.

Classroom Management:

Establish and enforce classroomrules and procedures to maintain a productive learning environment.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate regularly withstudents, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress andbehavioral issues. Collaborate with other teachers, staff, andadministration to support student success.

There are alsoopportunities to enter our school leadership track as an assistantprincipal as well as to transition to our network office.

StartingFrom:
