Our mission is to identify and support young children with developmental delays, ensuring they have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential through quality services delivered by experienced clinicians. Summary As a Signaller at Kids Time Therapies, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication and coordination among our team of clinicians and families. This position is essential in supporting our mission to provide exceptional early intervention services that promote the development of young children in various settings. Responsibilities Facilitate effective communication between clinicians, families, and other stakeholders involved in early intervention services. Support the coordination of therapy sessions and ensure timely delivery of services to children. Assist in managing schedules and logistics for therapy appointments. Monitor and document progress reports for each child receiving services. Provide guidance and support to families regarding developmental milestones and resources available. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve outcomes for children. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in early childhood development. Qualifications Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with families and team members. Experience with behavior management strategies for young children. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders is a plus but not required. Mentoring experience or willingness to support new staff is beneficial.
