Precast Concrete Specialist:

Prepare and set up forms using Symons panels and other tools Tie rebar, bend rebar, and read blueprints or construction sketches Pour and finish concrete to meet high standards and specifications Strip and clean forms, maintain tools, and operate hand/power equipment Assist with lifting, aligning, leveling, and securing forms Clean and maintain a safe job site each day

Key Responsibilities:

Use hand and power tools to complete projects safely and accurately Follow detailed instructions and work both independently and as part of a team Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Perform physically demanding labor including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods Read and interpret basic blueprints or instructions for form setup Maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Ability to follow directions, work hard, and stay flexible as tasks shift Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and Background Check Basic math skills (for measuring and counting) Reliable transportation to job site in Elmira, NY Prior concrete or carpentry experience is a plus but not required High school diploma preferred

Compensation:
