Job Description
Trucordia’s Growth Team is looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist with experience in Health & Benefits and Medicare marketing to lead content creation, campaign execution, and go-to-market strategies. This role requires strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
You should understand audience segmentation, Medicare products, and compliance (CMS, CFRs, state regs), and be committed to delivering outstanding service to internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Plan and execute targeted, multi-channel campaigns for Health & Benefits and Medicare.
Ensure compliance with CMS MCMGs, CFRs, and state regulations.
Own all campaign phases: ideation, copywriting, execution, and tracking.
Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Create sales enablement materials: collateral, presentations, webinars, and event kits.
Manage editorial calendars, timelines, approvals, and compliance standards.
Conduct market research to inform strategy and positioning.
Support integration of acquired brands into the Trucordia platform.
Coordinate sponsorship and event support; travel as needed.
Qualifications
5+ years in marketing or communications, preferably in healthcare/insurance.
Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
Experience with Medicare marketing and compliance a plus.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently.
Tools:
Zoom Webinars, Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, Zywave (preferred).
