Widex Customer Care Specialist

Responsibilities:

Answers incoming calls in a professional manner
Enters orders as required in Widex Pro and S2k.
Logs customer activity and calls in Salesforce CRM system
Handles complaints within Salesforce CRM case system, works to resolve cases and close loop with the customer
Attend training sessions when required during work hours, occasional weekend training workshops
Performs other duties as required by management
Adheres to work schedule and attendance policy
Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues as needed
Responds to inquiries via email or phone such as for shipping information, warranty detail, stock availability
Works to resolve action orders
Attend training sessions when required during work hours, occasional weekend training workshops
Show dedication to learn all aspects of the hearing healthcare industry, including knowledge of buying groups, 3rd party accounts and key customers.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required; two-year degree preferred
Experience in high volume call center preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work both in a team and independently
Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Salesforce CRM experience preferred (not required).
