Home Health Care Specialist Kie To Care Wilkinsburg, PA 15221 Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support and care to individuals in their own homes. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their independence. Ideal candidates will have experience in various medical settings, including outpatient and inpatient care, and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service. Duties Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety. Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs as required. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition. Skills Experience in PICU or outpatient settings is preferred. Knowledge of inpatient care practices within a teaching hospital environment. Familiarity with hospital medicine protocols and emergency medicine procedures. Ability to work effectively in Level I or Level II Trauma Centers. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Compassionate approach to caregiving with a focus on client dignity and respect.
