Home Care Specialist CAYV Burlington, PA 18814 Home Helper (Part-Time) Burlington, PA | $15-$18/hour | 3-4 weekdays/week (approx. 12-16 hrs/wk) Are you kind, dependable, and looking for meaningful work? CAYV/Chad Benninger (www.hellocayv.com) is hiring a Home Helper to provide non-medical support for an elderly man living with dementia. This is a part-time opportunity in a peaceful home setting — ideal for someone who values structure, empathy, and one-on-one care.
Key Responsibilities:
Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying, sweeping, etc.) Prepare simple meals or snacks Provide respectful companionship Use a mobile app (training provided) to complete daily checklists Occasionally assist with approved additional tasks (deep cleaning, errands, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
Age 18 or older Reliable and punctual Able to pass a background check Comfortable working independently Has reliable transportation
Position Details:
Type:
Independent contractor (this is not a W-2 employee role)
Schedule:
Shifts are typically 11am-3pm, 3-4 days/week (Tue, Thu, Sat, and possibly Sun) Schedule is posted weekly in advance Time is tracked using a simple mobile app Weekly Pay Work is performed in-person at a private residence in West Burlington Township (Ulster address) This is a respectful, calm environment with clearly defined expectations.
