Caregiver Supervisor / Satisfaction Specialist 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Saint Marys, PA 15857 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Satisfaction Specialist to provide essential support to our area caregivers and clients and ensure satisfaction with the care provided by our agency. The ideal candidate will have experience working with people and the general public with a wide variety of conditions. As a Satisfaction Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients and caregivers alike by offering direct support and ensuring their safety and well-being as well as monitoring the quality of care performed by the caregivers. Responsibilities Train caregivers with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Train caregivers on maintaining accurate records of client care and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Be present for client meetings with new caregivers Perform follow up calls and visits with caregivers and clients Administrative duties as assigned Other duties as assigned Experience Previous experience in a CNA, caregiving or direct support roles is preferred, particularly in settings such as nursing homes or retirement homes 3-5 years Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers. A compassionate demeanor and a commitment to providing high-quality care are essential for success in this role. Supervisory experience at least 1 year Work Environment & Travel Requirements This position requires travel within a designated 7-county service area. The role is approximately 60% office based and 40% field-based with regular travel to client homes. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel during business hours are required.
