Special Ed Teacher – North East, Pennsylvania 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars North East, PA 16428 Minimum 1+ years special education experience required. Seeking an Autism Specialist to provide dedicated support in an elementary school setting located in North East, PA. This position focuses on creating an inclusive and tailored educational environment for students with autism, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources needed for their development.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field Certification in Autism Spectrum Disorders (preferred) Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly those with autism Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Knowledge of behavioral interventions and teaching strategies
