Pay Rate:
$36•$50 per hour (based on experience, certification, degree level, etc.) Soliant Education is now hiring qualified Special Education Teachers for multiple onsite positions across K-12 grade levels in the Shavertown, PA area. These positions are full-time contract roles for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and small group instruction to students with special needs in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and other service providers to support student success Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students’ unique learning needs Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and compliance documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of IEPs Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
Requirements:
Active Pennsylvania Teaching License in Special Education (Instructional I or II) Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Emergency certifications are not being accepted at this time
