Job Description:

St. Margaret School is a PreK-8 Catholic elementary school located in Narberth, PA, committed to academic excellence and faith-based education, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Coordinator to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. This educator will provide guidance to a team of support personnel that will work with students identified as having learning differences or who may need additional support in Math or Reading. The Learning Support Teacher plays a critical role in helping students achieve academic success through specialized instruction, collaboration with classroom teachers, and ongoing communication with families.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized small group instruction in reading and math to K-8 students in a resource room setting. Assess, monitor, and track individual student progress using data-driven methods. Collaborate with classroom teachers to support differentiated instruction and adapt curriculum for students with learning differences. Maintain regular communication with families regarding student progress, strategies for support, and academic goals. Participate in student support team meetings and contribute to intervention planning. Uphold the mission and values of Catholic education in both professional conduct and instructional practice.
