Job Description
Lower Merion School District is seeking Special Education Teachers at Harriton High School. Both long-term substitute and contract positions available.
PA Certification in Special Education required, additional certification(s) preferred (Math, English, Reading Specialist certification) and Autism Endorsement Certificate preferred; 3-5 years teaching experience preferred; Experience supporting students with significant behavioral, academic, and functional needs related to Autism preferred. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students and experience working with students with various types of educational disabilities required. Good standing relative to Act 48 credits. Applicant must have Act 34 and 151 clearances and FBI registration number.
