Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Weekly pay Soliant Education is seeking a qualified and dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, onsite position in Philadelphia, PA. This position will serve as a case manager and co-teacher for a 7th grade classroom. The role is a full school-year contract for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the case manager for a caseload of 7th grade students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Provide instructional support through a co-teaching model in general education classrooms Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to implement accommodations and modifications Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff professional development Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local special education regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field Active Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching License Experience with co-teaching and case management preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work onsite full-time for the duration of the 2025-2026 school year
