Position:

Soliant Education is seeking two dedicated Middle School Special Education Teachers to join a charter school in North Philadelphia for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to middle school students with special needs Deliver instruction and support that meet the diverse learning needs of students Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Monitor and document student progress regularly Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school events as required

Requirements:

Valid Special Education Certification (Instructional 1 or 2) Experience working with middle school students preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to engage and motivate students in a diverse learning environment
