We are now seeking a Behavior Support Manager in Pottsville, PA . The Behavior Support Manager uses best practices and technologies within a community setting to assist individuals with acquiring, retaining, improving and generalizing the behavioral, self-help, socialization, relational, and communication skills needed to enhance relationships, and increase independence and functioning. This position can be based out of Drums, Poconos, Bloomsburg, with 50% travel to support these offices. This position will support Camp Hill, Wrightsville, and Pottsville, PA. Starting pay is $80,000/ per year Responsibilities Implement behavioral support interventions and activities based on individual needs and ongoing assessment; frequency and duration may decrease or vary throughout the stay Provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) – Functional Behavioral Assessment and development of a Behavioral Support Plan Supervise RBT/Behavior Support Specialist staff as needed Implement the individualized Behavior Support Plan Provide Positive Behavioral Supports Provide coordinated support with program staff and participate as part of the clinical team Additional responsibilities as assigned Employee must cooperate with the license and department staff in any inspection, inquiry, or investigation Minimum Requirements Master’s level Board Certified Behavioral Analyst or sitting for the exam within 6 months Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with individuals receiving supports Ability to exercise good judgment and remain calm in crisis situations Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with the youth and their families Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing Why Community Options?
