The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children. This role involves working with there year old children, focusing on their social, emotional, and academic development while ensuring their safety and well-being. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and overall childhood development. Create a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing individualized support as needed. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the educational experience. Maintain records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development. Ensure compliance with child welfare regulations and standards of care in a private school setting. Collaborate with special education professionals to accommodate diverse learning needs within the classroom. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Skills Strong understanding of there year old care principles and early childhood education practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate math, literacy education, and other core subjects. Experience working in daycare or private school settings is preferred. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
