Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teaching License Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in behavior management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with support staff and fellow educators
Location:
Anderson, SC Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focused on behavioral goals Create a structured and supportive classroom environment for 14 students Collaborate with paraprofessional support staff to ensure effective implementation of strategies Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and challenges
