The Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Operations & Implementations Specialist to support operations within our practices and oversee strategic operational projects including acquisition integrations, construction project management, and other support projects, both large and small. This role will be instrumental in driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and integrating new healthcare sites while maintaining top-tier operational performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:

Oversee day-to-day operational functions, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.

Project Management:

Direct cross-functional teams across construction, acquisitions, and operational implementation projects.

Construction Oversight:

Manage healthcare facility construction and renovations, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements. Participate in project huddles and provide input and support as needed. Implement and promote continuous improvement programs for construction quality, analyzing past projects for lessons learned and process enhancements.

Acquisitions & Integration:

Lead the operational transition of newly acquired healthcare facilities, conducting due diligence and optimizing workflows. Serve as the Operations representative on key projects.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure healthcare sites meet industry regulations, building codes, and accreditation standards. Conduct regular audits, inspections and quality checks on ongoing construction activities, ensuring adherence to work plans, specifications and regulatory/environmental standards. Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and timely.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination:

Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Financial Management:

Monitor budgets, assess cost-effective solutions, and support financial decision-making for projects and expansions. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven track record in healthcare operations, with expertise in construction, acquisitions, and general practice management. Strong knowledge of healthcare facility planning and development Expertise in regulatory compliance and operational integration Exceptional project management and leadership abilities Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
