Special Needs Child Caregiver 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Charleston, SC 29406 Caregiver will be working with a 4 year old male who has developmental delays. He does not walk. He does not talk. he is on the Autism spectrum. he goes to school for 1/2 day until end of May. Child weighs 35 pounds. You will be picking him up and moving him from place to place. There are 37 hours a week. Some weekend work may requested from time to time. Job starts 5/4/25 Pay rate is $15hr Must have experience working with children with special needs. ADLs required. You’ll be expected to give a bath, fold his laundry, clean up his toys in the evenings. Not cook but feed him. The family will prepare the meals. Child lives with Grandparents in Hollywood but stays with his mother in West Ashley (The Palms) some days/nights. They will let you know which location on which day.
