Join a mission-driven team where your attention to detail and healthcare billing expertise make a real difference! We’re seeking a Healthcare Billing Specialist to manage Medicare Part A and B billing processes and support our residents with accuracy and care.

What You’ll Do:

Handle Medicare Part A & B billing , including verifying charges, coding, and resolving discrepancies. Maintain accurate census and referral logs for our healthcare community. Collaborate in monthly Triple Check meetings to ensure billing accuracy. Communicate with residents and families to confirm billing details and insurance eligibility. Support accounts receivable tasks and third-party collections. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Resident Rights policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in healthcare or long-term care billing preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
