This individual will play a critical role in growing our business by building relationships, executing some marketing strategies, and communicating the value of our services to medical professionals and the community. The ideal candidate is fluent (or can be easily and quickly trained) in medical terminology, understands the healthcare landscape, is comfortable with ROI-driven marketing, and has a strong background in sales and interpersonal engagement. Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach to physician offices, clinics, and healthcare organizations to promote services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources and community partners. Create schedules to ensure follow-up with physician offices, clinics, and healthcare organizations occurs often and effectively. Track and analyze the effectiveness of any marketing efforts using ROI-focused metrics. Represent the company at health fairs, professional meetings, and community events. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure any marketing aligns with business goals and patient care standards. Identify new market opportunities and provide strategic input on service development. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, participant engagement, and feedback. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, strongly preferred. Background in public health or related fields is preferred. Ability to quickly and effectively learn medical language in marketing and sales contexts. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with physicians, healthcare providers, and new contacts. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Demonstrated ability to create and execute marketing plans with measurable ROI. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel locally as needed.
