Eyecare Services Specialist needed for Optometry Practice Harrington & Flowers Vision Center Hartsville, SC 29550 Harrington & Flowers Vision Center is seeking a full-time Eyecare Associate to join our team in Hartsville, SC. For over 50 years, we have provided comprehensive and compassionate optometric care to patients throughout the Pee Dee region. Candidates need to be outgoing and team oriented.

SOME EXPERIENCE IN A VISION CARE PRACTICE PREFERRED.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service at all times to patients Answer phones and scheduling appointments Utilize existing practice management EMR Check-in/out patients during eyecare appointments Check insurance benefits and verify eligibility Operate basic pre-testing equipment and assist with vision tests Able to operate the auto-lensometer and manual lensometer Assist patients in selecting frames according to style and color Educate and recommend specific lenses and lens coatings Accurately collect measurements such as seg heights and pupillary distance Check in all incoming orders to ensure quality and accuracy Dispense patient orders and repair and adjust patient frames Ability to identify and resolve patient complaints through trouble shooting Assist other areas when needed General office duties and cleaning to be assigned by manager Qualified candidates only, please apply online.
