The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, focusing on their educational and emotional development. This role involves engaging with children in various activities, developing lesson plans, and ensuring the well-being of each child in our care. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children. Teach physical education, math, and other subjects as part of a well-rounded curriculum. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages learning and growth. Provide individualized support to children with special education needs. Monitor child welfare and ensure a safe, healthy environment for all students. Conduct regular assessments to track children’s progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children’s development and address any concerns. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Qualifications Experience in classroom management and curriculum development is preferred. Strong background in teaching physical education, math, or special education is advantageous. Knowledge of child welfare practices and toddler care principles. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues. A passion for educating young minds and fostering their development. Relevant certifications or degrees in early childhood education or related fields are preferred.
