Responsibilities include gaining access to, calling on, andeducating high value clinicians, key targets (customers) ,influencers, and decision makers within Corporate Urgent CareAccounts and sites of care . Maintain a proactive and methodicalapproach toward call objectives (e.g., clear next steps andappropriate documentation , managing to goals and putting customersat the heart of everything we do) and utilizes current digitaltools effectively Adapts quickly to new tools for successfulcustomer engagement; leverages analytics to assist with developinginsights and next best action plans. Proactively build and updatebusiness plans to address all customer types and opportunities inthe territory. Explore and develop new relationships, whileeffectively maintaining existing relationships, with key contactsand opinion leaders across varied customer base Ensure keystakeholder education and awareness of our products throughout theterritory geography in both public and private sectors. Engage anddevelop strategic partnerships with large customers to educatehealth professionals on our products and company resources.

Collaborates effectively and compliantly with cross-functionalcolleagues, including Field Medical, Reimbursement and Key AccountManagement, to address customer inquiries and advance businessobjectives . What do you need for this position? Bachelor’s degree,5 years pharma sales and account management experience COVID,Antiviral, Migraine , and Urgent Care experience preferredExperience managing and navigating large regional to national levelaccounts Demonstrated ability to uncover and understand approvalprocesses, account protocols, developing relationships with keystakeholders and decision makers Experience supporting andfacilitating Buy & Bill Process including Contracting and/orRebating with Accounts Effectively and efficiently build andmaintain strong relationships while compliantly driving educationand awareness Development and execution of strategic accountbusiness plans Proven track record of success About Inizio EngageInizio Engage is a strategic, commercial, and creative engagementpartner that specializes in healthcare.
