Compensation is based on a fee schedule, with plenty of opportunities to grow based on your experience and caseload. Your Day-to-Day Home and facility
Visits:
Travel to home-bound and skilled nursing facility patients to perform wound care rounds, collaborate with healthcare teams, and deliver essential patient care. Early morning starts may be required.
Wound Care Expertise:
Provide expert care for chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds. Duties include bedside debridement, dressing changes, and G-tube care (with training available if needed).
Detailed Documentation:
Keep accurate and timely records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure the highest level of care.
Who We’re Looking For Experience:
Wound Care Certification and at least 2 years of experience are preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply—we provide training!
Independent & Motivated:
You’ll need to be self-driven, an excellent communicator, and able to work autonomously.
Licensure:
Must have an active Tennessee NP, DO, MD, or PA license. Certified Nurse Practitioners are a plus!
