Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and improve service. Support clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat as needed. Experience Previous experience in customer support role is preferred. Strong office skills with proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly over the phone. Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism. Experience in client services or sales is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is beneficial.
