Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education, Student Personnel, Counseling, Business or a related field and a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in higher education, university career services, corporate or human resources recruitment, arts, communication/public relations, hospitality or a related field. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Hiring Range:
$48,000 – $53,000 per year
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; successfully work both independently and collaboratively.
Possess strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Highly proficient with various technology to include Microsoft Office Suite; Preferred ability to use social media platforms.
Strong advising and presentation skills.
Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate on cross-functional teams.
Maintain prompt and regular attendance along with a high degree of professionalism.
