Hiring! Sub Educators Peace of Mind Professional Educators Dedicated to Excellences Bartlett, TN 38134 Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students, particularly those with diverse learning needs, including autism. This role requires effective communication skills, creativity in lesson planning, and a solid understanding of childhood development principles. The Educator will be responsible for implementing educational programs that promote academic growth and social skills in students. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a safe and supportive learning environment. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development. Monitor student progress through assessments. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education. Compensation:
