What You’ll Do:

• Engage & Inspire:

  Teach, mentor, and connect with students in non-traditional ways to foster confidence and growth.

• Customize Learning:

  Develop and implement dynamic, individualized curricula tailored to student needs.

  Work closely with students, guiding them in their academic and career paths while ensuring they receive the support they need.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide transportation as needed.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming learning environment.
• Understand and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Encourage career readiness and life skills development.
• Engage in proactive planning and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a 6-12 educational setting
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
