Duties:

• Provide instruction and support to students
• Follow teacher prepared lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher and ensure a smooth transition for students.
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
• Implement classroom management strategies to promote student behavior and engagement.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to meet the individual needs of students.
• Follow school policies and procedures regarding attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred from a four-year college or university.
• Early Childhood teaching experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates new to teaching.
