We are currently seeking passionate Substitute Teachers to serve across all grade levels from PreK-3 through 12th grade . Position Summary Substitute Teachers at RLCA are responsible for maintaining a structured and supportive learning environment in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Candidates must be committed Christians who model Christ-like behavior and are passionate about working with children and teens. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to quickly adapt to classroom needs. Key Responsibilities Supervise students and maintain classroom order in accordance with school policies. Implement lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher. Take attendance and manage classroom routines effectively. Support student learning by providing instruction and assistance as needed. Communicate clearly with students and staff. Leave written feedback and a summary of the day for the returning teacher. Uphold the mission and values of Real Life Christian Academy at all times. Serve as a Christian role model in behavior, speech, and attitude. Qualifications A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a personal and growing faith.
