Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills. Skills A degree from a recognized university is required; advanced degrees are a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Proficient in using technology for educational purposes, including digital tools for lesson planning and scholar engagement.
