Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Substitute Teacher to join our educational team.
As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the educational continuity of our students, while providing a safe and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development. This role requires an individual who has a passion for teaching and is committed to providing exceptional education to children of all ages and abilities.

Duties:
- Teach and support students of various ages and abilities, including those with autism, in a classroom setting.
- Implement lesson plans, including curriculum development, to meet the needs of all students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect, empathy, and understanding.
- Manage student behavior and maintain a safe and orderly classroom.
- Provide individualized support and accommodations to students with special needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure a seamless transition of instruction and to provide feedback on student progress.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of early childhood education.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development and Montessori methods.
- Experience developing and implementing curriculum for early childhood education.
- Ability to work effectively with students of all ages and abilities, including those with special needs.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
