The Ray School is looking for an Academic Support Interventionist to start in September of 2025 for the 2025-26 school year. The interventionist will work with small groups of students on targeted skills in reading, writing, and math. General Purpose:
Tutors plan for and deliver supplemental instruction in one or more given areas of the curriculum.

N/A POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Except as specifically noted, the following functions are considered essential to this position:
- Provide academic support and study skills intervention to support the individual student.
- Teach and model active learning and study strategies
- Consult with teachers, counselors, administration, parents
- Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with students
- Keep accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Must comply with all SAU 70 District policy and building / department rules, procedures, practices and objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two to Four (2-4) years of relevant experience

- Ability to successfully multitask within role.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing.
