Part-Time Substitute UB Child Care Center – 1.0 Buffalo, NY Job Details Part-time $15.50 – $16.00 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Childcare High school diploma or GED Experience with children Entry level Full Job Description UBCCC South Campus is looking for a Part-time center Substitute Teacher Substitutes are expected to support the full-time staff in all classroom duties including Supervision of children, cleaning, and the upkeeping of all NYS Daycare Regulations. The Substitute will work together with the Lead Teacher, Director, and other staff members to foster an atmosphere of goodwill, open communication, and teamwork.
Minimum:
A high school diploma
Preferred:
one year experience working with children in a child care setting.
Physical requirements:
The essential physical requirements for this job include being able to bend, stoop, reach, sit on the floor and rise from the floor without adult assistance and be able to lift 30 pounds. Substitutes should be prepared to work in any classroom. Daily assignments will depend on the center’s needs. Center is open from 7:30 am- 5:30 pm. Looking for people who have some availability early afternoon to closing.
