PER-DIEM SUBSTITUTES
(NON-CERTIFIED)

Non-certified applicants for teaching substitute positions should have at minimum: Bachelors degree Classroom teaching experience preferred Will only be allowed to work for 90 days/year per NYS Education Law through the
COVID-19
pandemic; otherwise, 40 days/year. All positions must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education before employment processing (see attached) Salary for non-certified substitutes: $120/day
