Successful candidates must be progressive minded, and embody a can-do spirit and work ethic. Candidates should be energetic and progressive minded, with a willingness to work collaboratively with grade level and specialist teams. Educational Background and Work Experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution PA teacher certification. Out-of-state certification must be approved by the PA Dept. of Education Familiarity with charter schools and middle grade levels. Compensation and Benefits Salary of $36,758 plus participation in a comprehensive benefits plan including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-, and long-term disability insurance, paid time off, and participation in a generous 403b retirement plan.
