Job Description:

Victory Christian Academy is seeking flexible and dependable Substitute Teachers to fill in for lead teachers, aides, or resource teachers as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.
• Maintain classroom order and student engagement.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and age groups.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
