Floater/Assistant Teacher Hermes Enchanted Garden 1005 Main Street, Daphne, AL 36526 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will support the lead teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons while fostering a nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Support children in their daily activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment. Facilitate small group and individual tutoring sessions to reinforce learning objectives. Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to the lead teacher regarding each child’s development. Engage with children through play, arts and crafts, and educational games to enhance their learning experience. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that promotes positive learning experiences. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise. Qualifications
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
