The Preschool Assistant will work closely with the Lead Teacher in the 30-month to Kindergarten classrooms to provide a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to support classroom activities and routines Positively engage with children, fostering a joyful and inclusive learning environment Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during classroom, snack, and play times Support students in transitions, personal care needs, and conflict resolution Assist in the planning and execution of enriching activities Help maintain a clean and organized classroom and shared learning spaces Secure and tidy up all areas used by students at the end of the day Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and strong communication skills with children, colleagues, and families

Preferred Qualifications:
