Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher-Early Childhood Educator Riverchase Day School 1953 Old Montgomery Highway, Hoover, AL 35244 IF you LOVE children and want to feel appreciated, supported, and made to feel like what you do matters, then Riverchase Day School is the place for you! RDS is highly regarded for the love for learning that each child leaves our program with, and how prepared he/she is for the next level of education. We serve children ages 6 months through Kindergarten. We are seeking a dedicated teacher who is ready to carry on this reputation with experience, education, excitement for teaching, and patience for understanding. Our ideal candidate would have experience working in an early learning program and caring for infants, but not required. You should also see the infant/toddler stage as an opportunity for children to grow socially/emotionally, through consistent interactions and sensory assistance. The position will be for the 2025-2026 school year. The shift for this position will be 8am-3pm Monday-Friday. This would be a great opportunity for anyone who loves kids but isn’t looking for a full-time position. Also, this schedule works great for a parent with elementary-aged children because we follow the public school system for our holiday calendar.
